the location was convenient for walking! the staff provided precise information. i especially liked that i could walk to key attractions in about 20 minutes. the bathroom also had modern features.
the front desk seemed short-staffed. i noticed a cleaning service fee. the heating was very loud in the room.

The front desk staff, especially alex, were quite responsive. He texted me daily to check if i needed anything, which i found helpful. The location was also convenient with easy access to nearby cafes.
My room, the standard king room, was smaller than I expected. The cleaning service fee felt excessive, it was almost 80 for just a few nights. the heating unit was rather loud, a little distracting.
