My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The prime location in downtown Chicago made it easy to explore the area, and the staff were genuinely attentive. However, the room layout was awkward and I faced several issues with luggage handling, which could be improved. Overall, it's a decent choice, but there's room for improvement, especially with certain amenities.

The room I stayed in was large and relatively quiet, but the awkward half-floor situation was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. While I found the king-size bed comfortable, there were some cleanliness issues that needed attention.
